Intimate Wedding Ceremony held at the hillside gazebo or inside the historic farmhouse for a nostalgic setting. Your wedding location will be tastefully decorated with natural touches and fresh flowers of the season. You are also welcome to bring and decorate with any special touches you have in mind too. The personal ceremony will be officiated by a licensed wedding officiant. David, who is one of the hosts for the bed and breakfast, often performs the wedding ceremony and enjoys creating memorable wedding ceremonies that mingle laughter and smiles and your story of love all together. You are also welcome to provide your own officiant. The celebration can include any special traditions you wish, from unity candles, sand ceremony and special prayers to the Apache wedding blessing and your own personal vows. Celebrate with up to Fourteen Guests. Share the moment, the hollow and wonderful celebration with up to 14 of your closest friends and family. Your guests are welcome to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time, though if you have a close friend or family member or two that you would like to join you as you get ready, they can arrive anytime. Guests should arrive dressed and ready for the ceremony. Homemade Wedding Cake to die for. These made from scratch 10" wedding cakes are not only extremely delicious but are tastefully decorated with flowers to match your wedding bouquet. The cake cutting ceremony is usually held inside the farmhouse and is displayed upon linens and includes all the necessary plates, utensils and glassware. There will also be a toast of sparkling punch for everyone to enjoy, though you are also welcome to bring along a bottle or two of champagne. There's also an option to include the use of the kitchen if you would like to provide a light reception of finger foods for your guests. Photography will be provided by your own professional or family photographer. Your photographer would be welcome to arrive with you and capture every minute of your day. They are also not included in the 14 person guest limit. There is also an option if you would like Butterfly Hollow to provide the photography for you. Personalized Wedding Certificate from Butterfly Hollow. The official one will let you change your drivers license but this one will make you smile when you pass by it on your wall at home.
