Butterfly Hollow’s rustic barn is an ideal location for small groups looking for an outdoor barn reception. Rustic elegance in a secluded peaceful surrounding would best describe its feeling.
Whether you are planning a cocktail reception, corporate event, or anniversary celebration, you will find our main goal is to cater to your every need so your experience is filled with pleasant memories. We look at you as our personal guest and want to do all we can to help you make your event something truly special.
Our timber framed barn can seat up to 30 people for lunch/dinner or appetizer reception. Tables, chairs, and linen are available for rent. Set up/tear down of tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Exclusive use of barn from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm on the day of your event. Catering menu available upon request.
Sunday – Thursday barn rental – $300
Friday – Saturday barn rental – $700
Throughout the year we offer the opportunity to have exclusive use of Butterfly Hollow Bed and Breakfast. When you select to have exclusive use you are “buying out” the Inn. You and your guests can occupy all three rooms for a 10% discount. This discount is taken off of our standard bed and breakfast rates. Please call or email for available dates.
Workshops, Corporate Retreats, Photography Session
Butterfly Hollow is an ideal location for small corporate gatherings, songwriting retreats, photography sessions, music video shoots or team building workshops. If you are looking for a quiet space, a little tucked away off the beaten path and yet with everything you need from WiFi to comfortable meeting areas, we’d love to share Butterfly Hollow with you.
$700 for the full day (8-5) or $100 per hour for hourly use.
Additional fees may apply if you need the property for a longer period of time.
Limited to ten (10) guests.
$100 per hour for use of grounds only (no access to inside the farmhouse)
